C.E.S. Las Vegas, Nevada Guests Amazed by Unbelievable Hotel Room Rates

Aficionados of next January’s Consumer Electronics Show Las Vegas might be in for a pleasant change in their plans. Regularly, close to this season it is just about unheard of to discover a vacant Las Vegas hotel casino anywhere near Las Vegas, Nevada, but the next Consumer Electronics Show Sin City is turning out to be an exception to the rule. A large part of the best hotels and resorts on the LV Strip have surprisingly decreased their room rates at a maximum of twenty percent.

Just about 100,000 visitors overtake Las Vegas every year to take a look at the innovative technology exhibited by the Consumer Electronics Association. The Las Vegas event is held from January 8-11 with the big part of the events taking place in the Venetian Hotel and Resort and the Sands Las Vegas. This turns out to be a time when coming across a suitable hotel room price becomes virtually an impossible job.

The Consumer Electronics Association announced last week that a bunch of the Vegas Strip resort hotels have slashed their room rates, a large part of them by a pretty large percentage. If you have already made your reservation, you may want to research some of the Vegas deals on Las Vegas hotel rooms. To give you an idea: the Tropicana Las Vegas has lowered their per night room by about 17%. The larger part of the Sin City hotels operating near the C.E.S., have started granting exceptional Consumer Electronics Show rates to the tourists of the Las Vegas, Nevada event.

Some experts say that this decrease in Las Vegas hotel prices is based on the fact that most of the electronics businesses have had to decrease the number of workers they are sending to the show. This pushes the Vegas hotel resorts to cut their rates to attract more vacationers to their hotels at the time of this convention. Others suggest that it has more to do with the recent scarcity of visitors to Vegas compared to the past few years.

Sin City and its two faces

LV is full of inconsistencies in recent times. For the average Sin City tourist, their cash is able to last lots longer than in the past. On the other side of the coin for the Las Vegas local, these days are a little more tough.

The Sin City sightseers will be quite pleased with the reduced costs of LV hotel rooms, even on the Vegas Strip. Needless to say the availability of low priced Vegas show tickets, Las Vegas, Nevada coupons, and even LV food credits. This is positively a great moment to stay in LV for the budget visitor. Certainly the economic situation does shape some parts of Las Vegas, Nevada for the sightseers. As, various performances are required to close or search for new theaters. “Stomp Out Loud” being the most clear case of this modification, they are exiting out of their Planet Hollywood resort venue in January, 2009.

To see of how the United States’ financial situation is affecting the Las Vegas, Nevada natives, you can get a picture from the same Sin City casinos, Las Vegas resort hotels, and Las Vegas, Nevada eateries that are offering these bargain rates and LV coupons. In the last few months Las Vegas, Nevada has become aware of the quantity of visitors decrease, this in turn negatively affects the typical server, bellboy, or casino attendant. Most of the major Las Vegas, Nevada Strip resort hotels have been forced to lay off personnel because to this situation.

If there is one thing that is clear of this time; the future is very positive for LV vacationers. You will be able to get some extraordinary Las Vegas, Nevada offers, and with the cost of gas plunging these are some excellent days to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada.

"BeLIEve with Criss Angel" premiers at Luxor Hotel in LV

Many folks may assume that a thrilling combination of Criss Angel and Cirque du Soleil might possibly be a merger created in heaven, or in Criss Angel’s case, hell.

If you happen to be any one of the numerous fanatics who have enjoyed this new Vegas production, titled Criss Angel BeLIEve presented at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, then you might have a unique view about this latest idea. This brand new Sin City performance is in reality Cirque du Soleil’s sixth show to operate on the LV Strip.

The production commences very similar to Criss’ standard illusion performances, with a trace of “Cirque”. Then out of the blue a botched illusion trick takes Criss Angel into a Wizard of Oz-like fantasyland. There are weird rabbits scampering on all sides of the stage, alongside Angel’s standard tricks and illusions fused with Cirque du Soleil’s powerful charm. The production peaks with the magician more or less splitting himself in half, perhaps the best part of this idea.

One of the difficulties, that many fanatics have come upon with the performance, is the aspect that the magician has lots of spoken parts in the presentation. Criss’ acting abilities aren’t truly his best ability, and this is not usual in any of Cirque’s other fashionable Las Vegas presentations.

There is hope, though, in this blend of Criss with Cirque. You will see lots of impressive stunts displayed in the performance, and combined with Cirque’s genius, the presentation does have its unforgettable and out of this world moments. The number of ticket sales do not lie, as this production is looking to be one of most popular shows that Cirque du Soleil has had in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cirque du Soleil which was founded in Montreal, Canada includes this latest proposal to their list of LV presentations. Cirque’s other performances are: “O” in the Bellagio Hotel Casino Las Vegas, Zumanity at the Zumanity Theater at the New York-New York casino, LOVE in The Mirage Hotel and Casino, Ka at the Ka Theater at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, and Mystere at the Treasure Island Hotel.
